Our records hold 1,139 MassDEP-approved Title 5 System Inspectors, grouped into 1,104 listings (27 listings name more than one inspector). By business address, Worcester, Plymouth and Middlesex counties have the most. The most common approval expiry date is June 30, 2028 (650 inspectors).

How we count
- Inspectors vs listings. Each approval on the NEIWPCC list is one System Inspector (SI number). We group inspectors who share a business into one listing, so there are fewer listings than inspectors.
- County. Comes from the listing's business address. Inspectors travel, so this shows where they are based, not every county they cover.
- Expiry. Each inspector's approval expiry date as printed on the NEIWPCC list.
